Horizon High School Baseball is off to a hot start. It’s no surprise to us as we have seen theĀ current crop of Seniors development over the years. Consistent effort over long periods of time really is the only way to transform your body to bring about the top level athletic movements. Start the kids off with basic athletic movements like those that mimic a good “ready position” in baseball. Don’t rush them, there will be plenty of time for them to tackle complex lifts as their bodies grow and mature physically.
