Participant Cost
The estimated cost per player = $2,021. Upon final roster selection the budget will be reviewed by our Cooperstown parent group for approval and shared with parents on the travel squad.
Tournament Date
July 12-18 2025 (Saturday through Friday)
Pool and Bracket Play
Pool Play: 13th, 14th, 15th Bracket Play: 16th and 17th Vacate by 8:00am: 18th
Meals
Breakfast, lunch and dinner is included for your player and the coaches with the registration fee.
Bed and Bunkhouse
There is a team bedding packing for $600. This covers all the players and coaches. This includes all the sheets, blanket, pillow, and pillow case. Also, included is a box fan, team cooler, and a case of water.
Security
Bunkhouse area is limited to players and coaches only after check in.
You may arrange to leave the facility with your player, but they must be back in their bunkhouse before 11:00pm. Lights out from 11:00pm-6:00am.
Additional Info
Hall of Fame Visit schedule during days 2-4 (weather permitting). Team pictures will be taken for every team. I believe this is done on Day 1 after the check in process. However, purchasing photos is optional. Pricing is not yet available. Not included is a shower towel, and a pool towel. They do have a pool on site. Players must be accompanied by a coach. The bunkhouses are air conditioned.

Players not currently on the ZINGER 12U team must request an evaluation to be considered for the Cooperstown Roster.
